Last week's menu did not go that great. I only made two of the meals from it. So, this week will have a few carry-overs from last week as well as some new menus. First, I have to say that the No-Fuss Pork Chops were not any good! I don't recommend them- at all! The Stroganoff was ok, but not as good as my mom usually makes, so I am going to get her recipe and try that. So, here is my menu for this week:
Monday: Meat Loaf, rolls.
Tuesday: Meaty Spaghetti with Texas Toast
Wednesday: We will be in town for church this night, so we will either eat out, or eat leftovers when we get home.
Thursday: Creamy Chicken Burritos, Tortilla Chips.
Friday: Leftovers
Saturday/Sunday: We will see when we get there. Possibly will try the Fried Chicken since I did not get to it last week. My brother also may be in town, so we may eat out or at my Mom's.
