I saw a really cool photo assignment over at An Island Life where you are supposed to highlight a favorite ornament. So, while I am a little slow, here are our favorite/special ornaments this year:
I have two ornaments that I have always liked. I bought them for an ornament exchange, but I thought they were so cute that I kept them for myself and bought another ornament for the exchange. They are snow globes. Aren't they cute?!
Andrew picked a couple of ornaments that his Mom hand-painted. He said he liked them because they looked "old fashioned."
Our friend, Sandi, gave me an ornament for my birthday that said "Hope." She said she saw it and thought of me. This ornament is at the top of the tree and is Sydney's ornament this year. She was our hope at the beginning of the year, and even though we don't have her with us now, we are confident in the hope that we will be with her again in heaven.

I love all of them! Growing up, I don't think that we ever bought new ornaments because our tree was already full of them somehow, so I'm finding it fun to pick one out every year -- it makes them special and full of meaning.
Love you guys.
Your ornaments are great. :o ) We don't have bulbs and such on our tree, just family ornaments. It is great to look at the tree each year and think about the ones we love... especially the ones whom we are storing up our hugs and kisses for.
I am so sorry for the loss of your daughter. Sydney sure is a gorgeous little girl. I've come to think of losing children as storing up special treasures in heaven, and that hope sure does mean a lot. (My husband and I have lost our two little boys.) I think that it makes a great addition to a Christmas tree.
Hi Tiffany! Please let me know when you share your story of losing your daughter. I know that I will benefit from it, as you share the things that ministered to you. And, I'm sooooo sorry for you, and cannot imagine the pain of that!
As for the Titus Two column, I have asked some ladies that I know will have neat things to share, as I see such hearts for the Lord in some of these awesome blogs!
I will be doing it every Tuesday, and will be using the testimonys in the order that people send them in to me, so you can send it as soon as you find the time to put it together. So far I have two that have sent to me.
Thanks for taking the time to do this. I know I will be blessed by it, and that others will be too!
God Bless!
